Growing up in a small village in Southeastern China, I learned to appreciate both the flora and fauna around me. Immigrating to the US at the age of 18, I got an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be educated more in-depth about the importance of our nature. Now I want to utilize the knowledge I possess (Financial Economics and Environmental Studies majors) to go beyond serving Chinese food to the public as the rest of my family already do. My personal dream is to exemplify and educate a sustainable living to every single person I get in contact with. The mission of saving this beautiful planet for our future generations can only be achieved collectively. As "we do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children", I NEED your help!

Jeffrey was amazing. The whole process was seamless thanks to him the the amazing SunRun team. Jeffrey is so knowledgeable of the whole process, takes time to answer any questions you have and is there whenever you need him. Jeffrey did and exceptional job by coordinating my solar project. The whole team was excellent. Jeffrey is still in contact with me via phone, text and email to continue providing an exceptional service. He walked me through the steps and I had no surprise. He would answer my questions before I even ask them.

Jeffrey Lin was a supporter present person from the beginning of the process to the end when the panels were installed and checked that they were working. There was never a need to ask questions because he made sure to explain in a professional and simple way the whole process and kept in touch with us making sure that everything went smoothly.

Jeffery did a phenomenal job on getting my solar system installed and onboard, I had many questions from both the technical and process side and Jeffery was able to answer them within minutes and never miss a single question even during the weekend.
Also, he is very patient in answering repeated questions due to the nature of the duration of the project, for me, I had both roof replacement and panel installation so he has to handle both projects throughout the last few months of the year.
He will also work with you to get the best options that make you happy, for my project I had asked him to get me a specific brand of panel, and he replied to me in the next week and said it's done.
On top of that, he will also remind you what to keep in mind after the installation and system activation, such as your initial meter number so he can come back on this after a few months to verify if the system meets the design spec.
With Jeffery, you can relax and trust him to set up your solar panels, and he will not be done and leave you even after your system is up and connected, instead he will stay with you as the system runs to ensure you get what you paid.

From the start, Jeffrey was very informative and helpful. He provided me with information and advise to allow me to make a reasonable and informed decision to install the solar panels. He is friendly and helpful. If you need to install solar panel, he is always there. He took customer feeling and very responsible for his customer concern when I encountered unusual issues from the installation team of Sunrun. He helped me to communicate installation team, project consultant and his department manager. The issue was resolved finally. I thanked him in whole installation and connection.

Jeffrey was very detailed when he was presenting the solar panels benefits and costs. He was also very quick to set us up with the earliest solar panel installation within a few weeks of approval. He is very tentative and will answer all of your questions within a short period of time.
