If you want to know anything about solar, and why Sunrun is different from all the other solar companies, Jackie is the one to talk to. We threw questions at her, right and left, about solar workings, cleaning the panels (you don't - the rain will typically do it for you), how many panels to use for the things you have (golf cart, pool and/or jacuzzi, electric car, etc.). There wasn't one thing she couldn't answer!

After dealing with potential companies, I tried Sunrun. Jackie was my salesperson. It was nice to work on the computer with her so I saw everything she was talking about. I was fully integrated with the computer program demonstrating their company's products. Other companies failed to allow me to see what they were referring too. Jackie called/texted me back in a reasonable time if I had a question. She worked with the installation team which also was very easy to work with. Even after the install, if I had a question, she responded quickly with an answer. I had much angst about the whole process of solar purchase. Jackie put me at ease and continued her expertise with service after the sale. I give her 5 out of 5 stars.

Our SunRun solar rep Jackie helped us with our solar project. She was very knowledgeable and professional. We are so happy we had her and we are enjoying our savings each month. Jackie made her interaction and sale very personal but professional. From the beginning of the installation, she kept us informed of every step of our installation and what would happen next. If you want solar, Jackie is the consultant you'd need!

I really don’t know where to start of how helpful Jackie has been. Not only was she easy to talk to she is very professional and helpful. Even now a year after we got our solar she is still very helpful and kind. Still answering my questions when needed. She always explains everything in detail and is so patient and understanding when we have questions. Jackie is fantastic!

Jackie made her interaction and sale very personal. She kept us informed of every aspect and process of our installation and what to expect next. If we had questions she was ready to answer them and was very prompt at returning our calls. She explained in very layman terms what and why would save money by adding additional solar to what we already had.She also did not try to sell us anything that we didn't need. Very professional and I would recommend her service to the customer and her company to anyone. Let her help you as she helped us.

Jackie LaBarge deserves a promotion along with a huge raise!

I went Solar not too long ago and there were a number of questions I had along with getting the right help when questions arised. I always reached out 1st to Jackie who pointed me in the right direction. I had issues with my HOA for example who required the conduit or anything mounted on the side of the house to be painted to Match the house. I freaked out because that was not something I was ready to tackle and I reached out to Jackie LaBarge and she helped get the SunRun team to come get it fixed the very next day! At no extra cost!.. she's great and in my opinion the very best customer service experience I've had! If your thinking of going solar, reach out to Jackie, she'll take care of you as if you are family.

She was able to answer all my questions and provided clarity on things I did not even think about. She helped me guide through the process by providing suggestions that would best suit my needs.

The installation process could have easily been a headache with all of the moving parts, project managers, inspectors, contractors, and communication issues with all of those folks along with the City permit department, but Jackie was the one who always kept me in the loop, and went above and beyond in taking care of our needs and concerns. Other than the energy savings, I can honestly say that Jackie was the best part of the installation process by far. I highly recommend working with her if you ever make the leap to solar, you won't be disappointed.

There was no sales pressure to commit to solar right away.
I knew I wanted solar. I just had to select an experienced company.

Our SunRun Solar rep, Jackie, took the time to answer every questions we had. We had discussed solar for some time, but considered it to be out of our reach financially at the time. SunRun had a program that made solar energy accessible to us, and in the light of upcoming and continual price increases from our utility company, we felt like it was time to move. We've already seen a benefit and I have to say whereas I used to look forward to a cloudy day, now I'm happy to see the sun because I know its generating power and amassing credits with our utility company that is lowering our energy costs. Jackie was in touch with us every step of the way, keeping us informed about the progress of our HOA approval, installation and power on schedule. We feel it was a great move as new homeowners and are glad we had Jackie's expertise to guide us through it.

I had been wanting to install solar for a few years, so there was no need to convince me to "go solar" but I was waiting for the right company with the resources and the right people who understood what I needed. That's what I found with Sunrun and Jackie Labarge. Even through the trying times of Covid-related supply chain issues and my plans to add an electric vehicle, Jackie and Sunrun were able to deliver what I needed. My system has been active for six months now, and I would easily go with them again if I were making the decision today. Sunrun seems to be a good company, but it is all about the individual people, and Jackie Labarge is definitely the best! : )

Jackie is a very effective sales person that was able to convince me to install extra panels on the west of my roof.
Some other company installed 13 panels facing Southeast with the promise of producing 13 Kwh, but only producing 7 Kwh. AS I said at the beginning, Jackie suggested the addition of panels to accomplish the 13 Kwh.

She is a nice person with knowledge of solar panels.
