I've been in the solar industry for 11 years providing the best PPA, Loan and Cash deals in the Mid Atlantic. Every project is custom to me and my customers are like family. Ben Fetrow was recommended to my husband by a coworker. We are thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Ben for our purchase of solar panels. Ben was very thorough in analyzing and presenting the numbers for our solar installation. His follow up was very quick and complete when I had questions. He walked us through the site survey and installation planning process and was very involved throughout. When our township inspector dropped the ball on certification, Ben got re-involved and facilitated getting the issue resolved. While the process has taken longer than expected, Ben has kept things on track by staying involved. He’s proven to be a quality person who I would work with again if the opportunity arose.

I started looking into solar over 2 years ago and talked to several different companies and agents. I did my research and asked questions but something just never felt right. I didn't trust it. Representatives gave me numbers and estimates but always threw in the clause that there were no guarantees and I had the impression that I would still end up with a big electric bill after paying for solar.

Ben responded to a comment that I made on a social media post and we struck up a dialogue. We emailed, then talked and he was the first person to walk me through where he was getting the numbers, how things would work and what I should expect. From the very start - I felt confident in what I was getting and how our system would work.

Our system went live in June and it has been everything we expected. I love logging into my account with the electric company after a few sunny days and seeing my "projected bill" go down from the $25 it was previously at for the month!

Ben's knowledge and experience gave me the confidence to go solar and I'm so glad I did.

Ben worked with me to cancel my initial project I started before I moved. Then at my new house he didn’t upsell me on additional panels on the North side of my roof when I asked for them as they would not have given me much extra benefit for the cost. It’s been 5 months without paying for electricity from PPL and have almost 2000 KwH banked for winter. He’s the perfect person to have assist you in getting solar panels installed!

Thank you Ben Fetrow for everything you have done to help this process go smooth. Not one time when I had to get a hold of him did I have to wait long to get an answer back. Most of the time you answered right away which is rare nowadays with customer service being the way it is. Out of all the other solar companies I had spoken to about getting panels on my home, Ben was the only one that was as thorough and knowledgeable about the solar industry and the process it takes to get the panels on my home. I highly recommend him if you’re thinking about going solar.

Ben Fetrow and his team did a fantastic job of walking us through the application, approval and installation process for our solar panels. They made the entire process extremely easy for us. They also helped us set up an autopay monthly payment process. In the end we are now experiencing excellent low electric heating and air conditioning monthly bills.

Simply stated, forget trying to work with anyone else! I tried working with other Solar panel people and wasted a lot of time and never even got an estimate of what they offered.
I contacted Ben and he got back to me the same day. He asked for some information to work up some options for me and forwarded 3 options to me the next day. Then he made a time with me to discuss the options. He called me as scheduled (the other people did not). I chose a plan. Ben forwarded the paperwork for me to complete and sign, which I did. And early the next week I had a really personable guy come to inspect my attic, electrical panel and roof.
Ben already estimated how many panels I would need, so the next step will be installing the panels and me paying less for electric and never needing to worry about rate increases!!!
I have already recommended Ben to family and friends and I recommend anyone interested in Solar Energy to call Ben. Ben is no pressure, personable, experienced and gets things taken care of.

Ben was referred to me by my good friend Anglea. After she signed up to go solar she explained the process to me. After many questions & time spent with Ben, I made the best decision to use the Sun for my advantage. My panels were turned on November 2021 and I am more than pleased with my lower PPL bill. Ben is a great person, very knowledgeable, and in my case very patient.

Ben has been great. He literally worked with me over the period of a year to answer questions, and provide me with multiple scenarios which could benefit my situation. As a result, my panels are installed, and my $275 bill became $175 (electricity + Solarpanel repayment) for Feb 21-March 21. That's $100 less in one of the LEAST solar production times of the year. I suspect the next 6 months will be putting lots of dollars back into my pocket to spend on my family instead of on electricity! Ben was there every step of the process, all the way to the install and first bills. He responds quickly, and really wants to help. He's been amazing.

Ben is very forthright, and knowledgeable on the topic. He was very friendly, and accessible whenever I had any questions. He helped in expediting the whole process [several times], and would act as go between whenever something was held up. It's hard to find a salesperson who knows the product they're selling you, and will stick by the customer throughout the whole process. That's a rare commodity these days. Thanks, Ben.
