I have worked with Priscilla Perkins for last 8 years. I have found she personally answers the office phone and does not assign me to an assistant to do her work, regardless of how busy she is.
Those 2 things carry a lot of weight in my business as SS's don't always go as smoothly as you'd like and she is always available to perform the thankless tasks I request of her.
