I have had the pleasure of working with her throughout my time here at FAR off and on w a few loans here and there, but its been awhile and we just worked on the Gibson file together and WOW is all i can say! Dani Schneider and Jen Steffey are simply amazing and their amazing customer service skills are why I will continue to use Ticor Title in the future. As you well know, a company brand is important however from a customer's standpoint, the company is only as valuable as the people who engage the customer on a day-to-day basis. Hence Dani and Jen as well as the rest of the Team Dani associates are amazing. In this specific transaction, they displayed extreme professionalism and industry knowledge that was superior to others by far. In my long history as a high performing employee at Nordstrom, we had a very prestigious employee recognition called our All-Star award and was the highest award possible to attain as a Nordstrom employee.
