i just wanted to take this time to Thank Bianca for making the closing balancing process so smooth. I have had the pleasure of working with her throughout my time here at FAR off and on w a few loans here and there, but its been awhile and we just worked on the Gibson file together and WOW is all i can say! Her level of knowledge and understanding of how the reverse HUD and closing works is incomparable to many other Escrow officers and closers I have worked with across the nation at Ticor Title! Bianca was excellent, she absolutely went the extra mile to finish my title work, deal with the difficult mortgage company, make multiple submittals to the County, and react quickly when needing extra signatures. She really took care to answer all of my questions and was available when I need to discuss options. I would use her and Ticor Title again without hesitation.

From the moment in the loan process when the title company needed to be involved, I promptly heard from her and was introduced to her "team".
From there on, everything went smoothly. She (and Team Bianca) communicated well, was incredibly responsive, and answered all my questions. I'm rather new at this but can't imagine finding anyone who could outdo her professionalism and friendliness.
