My love of garden landscapes and design comes from my father and grandfather. Both taught me how to work hard. They were an example of how to run a small, successful business, focusing on premium service, with an emphasis on developing strong relationships with customers. They gave me an introduction to many aspect of the garden; fruit trees, roses, pest management, design and the use of colors. I caught their love of people, plants and hard work.

We had never hired a landscaping company before, so we were a little nervous, but we were thoroughly satisfied with the work that Rick did. He created a plan for our backyard WITH us, listening to our thoughts and questions and figuring out what would be the best use of our space. (We were basically ripping the whole thing up and replacing everything.) He worked at our pace, and once we had nailed down our thoughts and he had drawn up a plan, he took us to see choices for hardscape and stones for walls, and brought us live plant samples. He is very easy to communicate with (in person and over email), and is very patient, especially since we are quite slow decision-makers. We are very happy with our experience working with Rick as well as the outcome of our backyard. We would definitely hire him again in the future!
