Kaelen is a 3rd generation employee and has been in the mortgage industry since 2015, specializing in a vast portfolio of loan programs. Kaelen is a Bay Area native, and attended the University of San Francisco. She considers herself a foodie and happy hour enthusiast, and loves a good wine tasting! In her free time she enjoys running (she is a former track athlete and will be running her first half marathon soon) and spending time with her husband Michael and their dog Melo.

Deanna has been in the mortgage industry since 2009, following in the footsteps of her family as well! She has a thorough background in title/escrow, spending a majority of her time in loan processing. She became a loan office recently where Kaelen and her decided to join forces to create a super team! In her free time she enjoys playing sports and doing anything outdoors with her do Frankie.

KD Lending went on the roller coaster ride of buying a home in the Bay Area with us. They were there with every offer we made (6!) over the course of 10 months and guided us through all the next steps in the buying process. Deanna was responsive to all our questions (a lot of questions!) and proactive in contacting listing agents to help position us as the best non-cash buyers. In our offer we were positioned as a 21 day close, Deanna helped us get the job done in 17 days. Although it was not guaranteed to get it don’t sooner than 21 days, KD Lending pulled it off and was able to get us into our home sooner than expected. AMAZING loan officer. Kaelen did a great job on our new home purchase and refinance of our mortgage. She was prompt in responding to our calls and emails, even on her days off. She always kept us informed and has outstanding customer service skills. She was so helpful throughout the process. This is was our 5th transaction through Alameda Mortgage. I met Kaelan at an open house- at that time I already have a lender which I’m working with. Chatting w\ her proved to be informative- she has a very warm personality and I trusted her immed. That day was the start of a good working relationship. Process went smoothly and fast , and before I knew it , we have the keys to the house.
