Communication was great, I had weekly updates. I had terrible past experience with communication and Julie was incredible. She Kept me in the loop and gave me updates weekly. Even if there was nothing new, Julie would still update how the process was going. Love the technology speaking on the videos that Julie sends out, explaining everything to us and the clients. I had a bad experience with a past lender who said that she would only contact me If she needed to. Julie would reach out every week, even if there were no updates, just to check in and let us know what was going on.
