To me, coming over to Altitude Home Loans at the companies formation was a "no brainer." Although I enjoyed working with my former company, once it became apparent that changes were happening and that those changes caused key personal to leave the former company it was a heads up that something big was going to happen. Once we knew that a new company, Altitude Home Loans, was formed the question was asked if we wanted to come along and join this new company. I said yes and I've never looked back nor had any regrets. Being in the business since 1995 I've worked for many different mortgage lenders, some I really liked and some not so much, but once I was offered the opportunity to come aboard I knew I'd found my final home in the mortgage business. These are top notch professionals at all levels, not to mention just fine people to work along side and I consider myself lucky to be a small part of the companies success. Thank you Faisal, Raghu, Laura, Anna, Elizabeth and Amal and any others I may have missed for all the bumps and bruises you took in the beginning to get this company up and running in the middle of a global pandemic. We were able to get our first house for our little family and they were really great! They got the appraisal set up fast, processed all our documents fast and were super easy to talk to! They were able to give us our miracle that we needed to buy our home. We were turned down by another loan company because of a situation 11 years ago and some legal issues not being done correctly.
When we got a call from our realtor saying she found the team at Altitude and they can get our loan financed I was a little hesitant. They did it we got us financed and they were there for every question and need. I would give them a hundred stars if I could. Go with Altitude. You will not regret it.

Glynne Britt Browning did an amazing job in helping us get a loan for our dream home. She stuck by our side for almost 2 years through ups and downs as we searched for a home in this crazy market. She would often check in with me and see how things were going. She would answer all my questions and taught me a lot about the whole loan process which I really had no prior knowledge about as a first time home buyer. I recently refinanced my home with Altitude. I was totally impressed with how knowledgeable they were on what was required to get a loan approved. I spent 8 months trying to get a refinance done with Wells Fargo and gave up. They know their business and gave excellent advice throughout what was a very short process 2 months, it would have been less if we had not caused a delay at the end. As anybody who is self employed knows the home loan process can be exceedingly frustrating. Matt Liddicoat assured me that they knew what was needed to give us the best chance to be approved. We had to provide a lot of information. It was processed quickly. Matt was correct we did get approved with no drama. Altitude knows their business and gets to know their clients quickly. Anabel sprang into action immediately and worked after hours to get our initial preapproval completed so we could get our offer in quickly. Once our offer was accepted, Anabel worked expeditiously to ensure we could meet the seller's request for a 30 day close.
