With Mark's help we recently did a cash out refinance. We wanted to make a cash purchase of our neighbor's property and it was Mark's suggestion to do the cash out refinance. It was the perfect recommendation for our needs. Mark and his assistant Michael were great to work with. We initiated the process one morning and by midday Mark had a preapproval for our loan. What appreciated most about Mark and Micael is that 99% of the time when I called either one of them, they answered their phones. It seems like nowadays I spend half my life waiting for someone to call me back but that was not the case with this loan process.
