Karen is amazing! Despite not being first-time homebuyers, she took the time to walk us through the process. Allowed us to ask questions and exposed us to information that had never before been explained to us. So not only did we get financing, we acquired knowledge! She’s courteous, very knowledgeable in the home loan field, committed and dedicated to make the process as smooth as possible… Communication was via email, text, and calls- sometimes within minutes which was fantastic because we did not have to sit and wonder. It was not just Karen, but her team too. Accurate, smooth, quick, and efficient, professional… Plus, she made it possible for us to close within 30 days!
