My boyfriend and I knew absolutely nothing about home ownership when we decided in February 2022 that we wanted to try to get in a home before our son was born. The daunting task of figuring out how to get approved for a home loan seemed so scary. Tom made each step as basic as possible for us to understand and provide him with all the information he needed to get us approved for a home loan. Tom was the only loan agent who believed he could get us a very difficult loan product to obtain. We could have gone with several other loan products, but none met the expectations that we had set. Tom was able to determine that we qualified for the product and then guided us through the application. It was a drawn out process with numerous turns in direction, but none due to Tom.
