Karen was wonderful to work with when securing a mortgage for our new home! We’ve worked with her on a few previous loans and have always been happy with her services. Her knowledge of the different loan options reassured us that we were always in safe hands. What also helped the process easy was her quick and clear communication from beginning to end. There were a couple of late evening texts that Karen was always responsive to. I’d highly recommend Karen Sibley for any mortgage transaction!

Karen and her team have helped my wife and I twice. The first time was when we bought our first home 5 years ago. She did such an outstanding job that we sought her out for guidance on refinancing. She provided options and explained everything in a way that allowed us to consider what was best. The process to refinance was smooth and we are grateful for the time and care Karen and her team put in.

Karen and her team were absolutely the best in what started out to be a tough situation for my client. They were relocating from another state and their relocation lender denied them a loan.
I asked them to speak with Karen and she was able to look at the BIG picture, gather additional information from my clients and to see how to structure the loan package to secure them a loan. I can't even begin to tell you how happy they were with Karen and her Team. Karen with AP mortgage is always my first choice to refer my clients too and she should be yours too!!!
