Tyson was always available to me! He was so fast and answered my emails and phone calls in lightening speed! That was important to me because there is so much communication I have to do with many people as part of the buying process and I never had to wait on him. He was also clear and informative in describing every step of the process and making me feel comfortable when I wanted to stop and have things explained in detail. I would definitely recommend! He also gave me tips on what questions to ask and where to check back in with other people like the title company and real estate agent.

We are so glad to have found Tyson. I am self employed and was worried about using a statement loan our previous lender was offering a 4.75 rate. After speaking to Tyson, and providing all documents he was able to get us a 3.25% loan. Savings us a boat load of money and getting us qualified for our home loan. His team was excellent and Melissa kept everything rolling through closing.

We started working with Tyson after working with other lenders on our re-fi, a process which was unnecessarily dragging on for ~9 months. Tyson and his team were extremely knowledgeable and efficient making the entire process seamless. I was introduced to my lender by someone that he had worked with and was very impressed with his services. I decided to try and sure he was the perfect lender i would ask for. My Lender was on top of things from the application to closing documents . He explained all the stages of the loan process in detail. He emailed and called to follow up on every step of the loan process. He was available and detailed .He was in touch with the realtor and made sure that his client was well taken care of. I would highly recommended him to any friends or families that would be looking to buy a home. He is a great person.
