Ali is a straight forward negotiator, pleasant buying experience. No big back and forth like other dealerships. I ended up purchasing 3 Honda vehicles from this dealership, two from Ali Hashemite (two Honda Accords). You can negotiate over email or phone, then come in test drive, do the paperwork and drive away happy.

Khaled Kohistani assisted me with the purchase of a 2013 BMW 528i. He is not your typical car salesperson. He did not pressure me, he was honest, down to earth and he helped to make the purchase go smoothly. I recommend him highly.

Don was very helpful and engaging. He was the most responsive dealer I talked to on CarWoo!, and that helped win his business for me. He also offered to pick me up from the BART, since I didn't have a car at the time and had no other way of getting to the dealership. I appreciated him going out of his way for me as well.

Don was great throughout the entire process. I was skeptical when he quoted me a price much lower than everywhere else I had called, but that was the price I eventually bought the car for. The key is Don, the Internet Manager, is not paid on commission, he's paid on volume. Don seemed only interested in making sure that he was providing good service, that our questioned were answered, and that we got a test drive (where he did not accompany us) of the particular model we were interested in. When we settled on a model but he didn't have it the exterior/interior colors we wanted in stock, Don searched around and found a nearby dealership with the right color combination, facilitated an exchange for it, and personally went over there to pick it up. At one point I asked Don about accessories and he even suggested that if I decided to get some at a later time I could just get it from some other dealership more local to my home! After I finished all the paperwork with the finance guy around 9pm, Don came over to show me how to use all the various features and get my phone setup with the Bluetooth integration. Prior to this, I hadn't bought a car in 14 years and I'll say I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and friendly the whole process was.

I highly recommend Ali. He is very friendly and accommodating. After I purchased my Pilot, he made several calls to follow up that everything is well with my new car.
