Chris and I want to thank you for absolutely everything. We went the full range of house hunting. From bad shape small houses with lots of land, to strange houses in tight neighborhoods, to large nice houses in neighborhoods, to our dream home. A very nice house, (large nice house) with 5+ acres, a perfect outbuilding, large pool for the kids, with a walk-in closet. Our original quest was fulfilled. Though we had several "this will probably do's". You hung in there with us to find us the perfect match. I still can't believe how willing you were to drop everything and go look at a house an hour away. I would not expect that of anyone. Yet there you were smiling and ready to show it to me. Pointing out what I would like, what Chris would like, what we really would not like, and the constant reassurance you would find us a house we would love. (really knowing what Chris needed even though she couldn't be there to see them, was such a blessing)

Mikki was a great help during our relocation. She understood what we were looking for and was very helpful and professional while we dealt with one particular difficult seller. She was always available when we needed her and she participated in three complete home inspections. We would absolutely recommend Mikki to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Shirley was great to work with very thorough and attentive and worked hard to get over list price. I relocated 20 hours away and she stopped by weekly to check on the house for me to make sure it was in top condition. I would highly recommend working with Shirley you will be in great hands.

Shirley did an amazing job! She helped with all the little things that will put your home over the top when it comes to selling. Things like washing windows and knowing where and what to spend money on with repairs and upgrades. If you are looking for a relator who will maximize the value of your home look no farther. We have used Lynn Papenbrok to buy and sell our rental homes. Lynn is excellent she treats our rental properties as if they were her own. She is a totally can do person and nothing is too much trouble. She replies promptly and she takes the time to update and explain by email which is very appreciated as we live in Australia. Where do I start? Lynn has been the best in all areas of the buying process. From the moment we first spoke I knew she was the one to help me with this process. She helped me to understand from the beginning to the end completely. Even when I had questions at weird times she got back to me promptly and efficiently.
