This is the 2nd home Kyle Hutchings has helped me purchase. Both times I was pushy about what I wanted and yet both times after not finding exactly what I thought I wanted he gently guided me to a few other options I had not considered and found the home I loved. I am keeping the first for a rental and moving into a 3 car garage and a layout I am in love with. He knows houses what to look for what to look out for and he knows people and how to help me get out of my own way with his professional and personal suggestions. He is experienced knows the market knows value. I feel after 25 years in housing with 9 as a realtor 8 in insurance 10 as a landlord and 9 as a lender that I am qualified to say that he knows his stuff and I recommend him all the time. I am very pleased with my home and the entire process.

We met Chris through a family member who also worked for Berkshire Hathaway. Chris took us on as a favor but we never felt like a burden to him or had any reason to doubt that he was putting anything but his usual energy into helping us. When we started our work with him in 2017 we were renters moving into a house. While I am not the easiest person to work with; Chris allowed me to be as annoying as I needed to be. He allowed us to learn and knew the process would be easier at our pace. When we offered the bidding and inspecting processes were straightforward and easy for us to follow. And even after the sale Chris was always available if we had questions. In 2023 we sold our house and we immediately turned to Chris for the sale of our house. Chris gave us a quick list of what we Needed to do...and what wouldn't Actually help us. When parts of the sale went south he helped calm us. But he also shared a lot of our (Not anger...but anger) and became a fighter for us. He essentially managed the property for us so that we could ease into our new life out of town. We would highly recommend Chris. All the effort he put in for us leads me to believe he would do the same for you.

I was a first time home buyer with a lot of questions. Chris took time to explain things and answer my questions through the home buying process. He showed me things to look for when touring homes and has a good understanding of what I should and shouldn't be concerned about. He was very responsive and worked to make sure my needs were met.

Chris was great to work with he took an entire weekend to look at over 20 houses on a Saturday and Sunday before I found a home that I liked. He provided contractor contacts for a couple of things I needed for the home.

Chris does an excellent job as a buyer's representative. He communicates regularly on the status of your sale stands up for you in negotiations and pays attention to details that others might miss. We enjoyed working with him.

Bruce was professional and interested in our needs suggesting properties that would suit us best in the area and style we wanted. Bruce helped us find a lease to own home and when we purchase the house we will work with him.

I am a first time home buyer, and had limited knowledge about anything regarding home ownership, processes, inspections etc. All I knew if that I would be ready to move out of my parents basement should a pretty house come on the market in my price range. Bruce was more than accommodating and looked at homes I thought were pretty but would need extensive work prior to me looking at the home - which saved me time and energy. I was hoping to move into a more "move in ready" home. Bruce helped put me at ease in learning the new language of real estate.

Bruce also has a lot of experience with buying homes and turning them into rental properties, so he was key to helping me understand how to negotiate through the inspection process and what needed to be fixed in the home prior to me moving in. Bruce was efficient, however I never felt pressured to buy a home. Bruce was extremely patient with me throughout the process of learning - he never made me feel ignorant and encouraged me to ask questions.
