Stacy was the best agent to help my aging aunt sell her home when she moved to a retirement facility! She took care of making the place look good and used some amazing market knowledge and skills to ask for a selling price we hadn't considered possible, then negotiated an over-asking-price sale too! We were not the easiest clients to work with, but Stacy navigated every step with patience and positivity. She puts her clients first and I'm very happy we chose her.

Lucy sold my mothers Condo at over asking price the first time she showed it. She was so helpful and calm with all of the details leading up to putting the condo on the market and during the closing process. She communicated so well with my brothers, sister in laws and I, we always knew what our next steps would be. Her experience shines through.

Diane was extremely helpful and was able to narrow down our search to exactly what we were looking for. Once we found “the one”, she worked tirelessly to ensure we had the best chance to get an offer accepted. It sure helps having someone with 20+ years experience in a market as crazy as this one. She knew all the levers to pull to entice the seller in our favor. We ended up getting our dream house and I know that was because we had Diane on our side. If you need a house, you need Diane. After eight months of searching for a home in the wild market we are in, Diane finally found us our perfect home. Throughout those many long months, she never hesitated to drop everything and go show us a new home the just dropped on the market. Her insight was a huge help in areas we had little knowledge in and she would always be honest as to if there was an issue with the home or if she thought our time would be spend better looking elsewhere.
