Sharon helped us find a new home and subsequently sell our prior home. She is very professional and responsive. She guided us through the process which has become much more complicated than the last time we bought and sold a home several years ago. She advised us on handling the offer we made on the new home and on the offers we received on the home we sold. It was a stressful process but she kept us steady and it turned out very well.

Sharon had to work with the "buyers from hell." She was able to keep me from going insane with all the requests. She referred me to several vendors and maintain a great relationship with them. The buyers were pestering the vendors that they didn't want to do business with me. As I said before, Sharon kept her cool throughout this whole debacle. I'd recommend her to anyone.

I had no problem with my agent, Sharon Hudson, but I was not happy at all with Alliance Title Company. I felt they did not keep me informed along the way, they dropped the ball on things, and there were times that I had to call repeatedly just to get Dawn to return my call and answer my questions. I should not have had to work so hard to get answers from Alliance. Where I have no problem recommending Sharon Hudson I can not in good faith ever recommend Alliance Title Company to anyone.Very disappointed with this part of the process!!

This is the second property that we have purchased using Sharon Hutson as an agent. She's one of the elite agents and her experience and knowledge is one of the reasons we chose her for this second property.

Very timely and efficient either thru email, text, in person or over the phone.

Sharon helped to maximize the use of our time by helping us narrow down the markets to only the markets that met our criteria.

All communications were effective and clear.

The details were right or ironed out by the time of close and that is all we wanted.

We didn't have any real problems. I think there may have been a form where we marked the wrong box, but it was corrected within the same day.

Yes, and we have in the past.

This was the second property we purchased since moving to St. Louis. This particular property was purchased as an investment property and it was very helpful that Sharon was able to present us with rent estimates. It helped us determine what properties would be profitable and which ones would not. If all goes well with our property I imagine that we may be using Sharon a third time within the next ten years.
