She is a native of St. Louis, however, has moved around the country to Texas, Michigan, Florida & Georgia, so she has much experience with the Relocation process.

As a homeowner and a landlord, Janet knows the process can be a frustrating venture which allows her to commit to easing any anxiety a client may have about the process. Demonstrating a great deal of patience, Janet strives to relieve her clients from any stress or pressure that transactions can potentially cause. Janet has been a super partner for our family over the last 12 years. First, she helped us move to St. Louis through a corporate relocation. She was excellent then. When we were planning to sell our house, she provided great advice in advance of what we needed to do to help the house be marketable. She assisted with referrals to some contractors and helped us with staging our house. While our sale took longer than expected, due to unforeseen circumstances, she stuck with it, marketed more, gave good pricing advice and ultimately the sale prize was achieved. We had moved away from the house prior to closing and she helped coordinate showings, inspections, and even facilitated some contractor work at the end to ensure our sale went through. 100% of the time, if asked for a referral for a realtor, Janet is the one. You will NEVER find anyone who works harder for you than this team. Janet has worked on both sides of the spectrum for us from purchasing a rental property, finding top notch tenants for us, and ultimately selling the property at a nice profit! We met Janet when she was getting a house ready to sell across the street from us. We knew immediately that she would be the one to sell our house in the future. She is very friendly, personable and professional.
When we got close to putting our house on the market we consulted with her on what improvements we would need to sell the house fast and for a really good price. She suggested we have the windows cleaned, the carpets/flooring cleaned, and a cleaning service for a deep clean. We took her advice and the house sold really fast and way above asking price. We couldn’t be more happy.

Janet was patient, friendly but also very focused and efficient when it came to all aspects of closing for my home. Being a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and made plenty of mistakes in the process but she was there for me the entire way and walked me through many difficult aspects of the purchase. I was referred to Janet by my mortgage company as someone who he had done a lot of work with and who was familiar with Eureka, area I was looking to purchase in. I didn’t have a timeline on when I needed to move as I wasn’t tied into anything previously, but wanted to find something sooner than later for my kids and me. Janet knew my preferences, but given today’s market also knew we had some challenges ahead of us, but it didn’t stop her from being quick to the draw when homes hit the market. Janet was quick to let me know when a home was available to view, which is how she got me the home I’m in now. We had a great time getting to know Janet and Lisa who are both friendly, personable, responsive and extremely kind. We look forward to a continued relationship and will definitely refer future clients to them.

Extremely efficient and highly experienced” is the phrase that comes to mind when we think about Janet. We worked with many real estate agents in the past, but Janet was a unique one. She started by taking a deep and precise understanding of our needs. She was always very present and pro-active over the entire process, from the early stages to the very end. Very flexible, she is easily adjustable to a given situation. During the house hunting visits she was able to show us all the “traps” hidden under regular sight as mine, and so keep us away from bad deals. During the negotiation stage, her real estate expertise and ability to tackle any problem made all the difference to help us out buying the home of our dreams. In the end, even in a though market, Janet made the entire process smooth and more comfortable. Her ability to go out of her way to help others has made her stand out.
