I worked with Pamela Berra through a relocation referral where she helped me find a condo. Her knowledge helped me to get a good deal on a condo I liked. She was able to predict what would happen during the buying process accurately and helped to guide me along as a first time buyer. Unfortunately, I had to relocate for my job and had to sell me condo a little over a year after I had bought it. I again contacted Pamela and we were able to sell my condo at a profit! She did an excellent job putting up decorations to help stage my house while I was already moved out and frequently checked on the property which was very comforting. We needed an agent in St. Louis to help sell my parents condo after they had passed away. We communicated with Pamela from California. It was an emotional decision to sell "as is". Pamela was very empathetic to our situation and took immediate charge. My brother who was living in the condo was able to move out of the house and move to California with Pamela there to handle everything.
