Alexis Ackerman is hands down the best realtor in the state! From the very beginning she was amazing! Being completely hands on and transparent throughout the whole process really made me feel good. We were referred to Alexis by a friend. From the moment we made contact, Alexis was supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and made every effort to help us find a new home. We relocated from the east coast and were not familiar with St. Louis, but that didn't matter because Alexis guided us all the way. When we found our home, she took over the negotiations and was aggressive yet fair. She handled every communication and helped us sort out all of the details of buying a home. She was always available to text, call or email and she always responded immediately. She stayed on top of the entire process and that was a big relief because I was not in town during the entire time. I highly recommend Alexis. You will not be disappointed.
