It was a great experience to find a house Tejal Patel's help, she was very helpful to find a good house and very caring about our needs because we have a handicap son. She was very active, even when we became tired...she was highly motivated to lookout for our interest and finally we got a good house. She was very cooperative and very caring in every aspect to find a suitable house perfect for our family. She explained every thing in detail to satisfy us . Tejal was great and helped us through a quick and unexpected move situation. She listened to our needs and quickly found us several great new properties. Even through a few seller related curve balls she provided sound advice and expertly walked us through the process. Her market understanding saved us about $15k on what we would have been willing to pay for the new house. She also handled the sale of our old property and again was amazing. Her sense of relatively inexpensive pre-listing updates was spot on and enabled us to move our property relatively fast in what turned out to be pretty tough local selling market. Great experience with Tejal, she became part of the family over a couple hectic months and we would not hesitate to use her again :)

I was nervous about listing during the COVID outbreak. Tejal Patel took the listing and guided us every step of the way. From improvements before open house to a video walk through she was extremely helpful and gave constructive suggestions. She recommended an excellent staging company and managed the showing process with precision during this pandemic. She guided us through decision making after we received offers on our home. She arranged a no-touch closing virtually with the title company. Tejal was really good in understanding our needs/requirements with buying a house. She also gave her inputs on each house we saw which I liked as I generally want an outside perspective. Tejal is a wonderful realtor! My family and I were moving into St. Louis from out of state, Tejal was accommodating throughout the entire process. She made numerous trips and did video calls to show us potential homes. She would calculate drive times for our work as well. Tejal continued to help us after the purchase of our home, she provided contacts of companies that we needed for helping us set up our new home.
