It was a pleasure to work with Pam on buying a house. She was always available for a showing when we found a home we wanted to see. When we settled upon one, she was thorough in her coordination and promptness. I had to meet someone for an added inspection and she suggested and implemented protections for that prior to closing to protect me. Knowledge matters, and Pam has a long history of experience to back her, along with BH, to coordinate the closing. A couple of people have suggested that we sell our home ourselves. This was a difficult sale. Property was in a real estate trust and trustee was located out of state. Pam kept me well informed on the process of selling the house, the many inspections and the legal paperwork that had to be dealt with. She even went beyond what a realtor has to do. She paid the extra expense for a plumber to return to fix a problem that came up after the inspection was completed.
