Meet Anna (Morello) Kozak:
After graduating from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO, Anna moved around the Midwest for work, finally returning to St. Louis, MO, her hometown. Growing up near The Hill in St. Louis, she attended St. Justin the Martyr and Ursuline Academy in Crestwood. Go Bears! Anna's diverse career included roles in sales, nutrition, and caring for family members. With immigrant parents from Sicily, Italy, and a grandfather who invested in Connecticut, real estate became a part of her life and her eventual long-term career. As a Realtor®, she quickly became a multi-million dollar producer and earned the "Rising Star" title. In 2022, she ranked in the top 6% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Anna did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my first home. My husband and I can barely believe how easy Anna made the process of selling our home. We really feel like we got away with something! We did the sale long-distance, and Anna went above and beyond in so many ways - taking care of anything that needed to be done at our house and doing untold hours of legwork getting paperwork sorted. Anna was a saint. A literal saint. She helped us from start to finish and never let a worry or question go unanswered. She found our forever home for us, and we were able to close on it today.
We were lucky when our asking price offer was accepted on our home, but instead of crazy bidding wars, we had a title nightmare. Anna and her team at Berkshire Hathaway are honestly, truly, the only reason we were able to close. They were able to find the people we needed, and get documents updated all before school started for our family. We appreciate her and her team so much, we just don't have the words to describe it.
