The onboarding at BHHS - Alliance is unlike any brokerage I've been affiliated with. The license transfer went very smoothly including updating all information on the MLS, apps such as Realtor.com, Zillow, and so much more. I attended the Accelerate classes and was given a notebook filled with organized information including passwords for the dashboard, how to stay within compliance, uploading my contacts, and so many more topics.
BHHS - Alliance shows that they want agents to succeed, and the staff and tools to do so are here. Great job, Renee and Rachel.

I love the content of accelerate! I’ve been a realtor for over a decade and being able to learn all the fabulous tech tools provided by BHHS and leveraging that to enable us to focus on the nose-to-nose, toes-to-toes part really helps. That, combined with the classes taught in our office provides an all around balanced training, not offered in all brokerages. Plan the work and work the plan. Great job, Rachel and Renee! I truly loved the content AND the engaging way it is delivered. Many agents from the Clayton office told me about this class and how great it was - and everyone in the class I was in really liked it as well, frequently staying after class to talk with Rachel and/or Renee. GREAT value for all agents whether they are newly licensed or seasoned agents!

What a wonderful and informative introduction to the business with the best trainers EVER! Thanks Rachel and Renee for taking the time to walk me through every step of the business. I was so overwhelmed walking into this business as a new agent, but we covered everything from listing docs, to dotloop, marketing and more. Just one week after completing my 5 course program I got my first listing, and was under contract without going to market! This course teaches new agents how to talk the talk and walk the walk, without sinking in an endless sea of information and new tools. I am so grateful for the professionalism and sincere care for my success by the two instructors. Every new agent needs this!!!

This was an extremely informative program. I walked into it knowing nothing about Real Estate and left with confidence. The material provided is very beneficial and something I will reference to regularly. We covered a lot of material in a quick amount of time, but never once did it feel overwhelming. Rachel and Renee made the class fun and answered any question thrown their way. 10/10 everybody should experience this course.

Thank you both. I got so much information. Lots to practice and learn. Classes are interesting and engaging. Chairs are very comfortable for sitting at length. TBH I was surprised at how few of you there are. The amount of work you each do to support so many is incredible. Can I give you 10 stars out of 5? ??????
I cannot express how much I enjoyed the Accelerate class series. Rachel and Renee (R&R) are great to work with. Not only did they walk us through many many resource programs - they followed up with the How To instructions incase we forget nitty gritty details when it came time to apply the knowledge they gave us. I truly appreciate every moment they took to make sure we had all the tools to do our job. I am a better Realtor® because of these classes.
My only recommendation to BHHS Alliance for the new agent experience possibly to be more efficient would be to incorporate all of the assignments from R&R's 5 New agent Strategy Plan Emails into "THE PLAN" 6 week binder. The Emails were really helpful reminders of things to (example: change my voice mail to include entire company name)

Rachel and Renee did a great job with the Accelerate class series! Both Rachel and Rennee are great trainers! The training materials and content was very clear and easy to follow. The how to sheets will come in handy. The training area was nice and clean (love the new chairs)! My only recommendation would be to possibly combine the training into one week. Other than that everything was excellent!
Rachel and Renee did a wonderful job with onboarding and training! The classes were very relevant and fun! As a new agent and new to the company, they both made me feel very comfortable and confident! It was extremely important to me to join a company with top notch training, and I definitely found it with these awesome ladies!

Everything was explained in a fun, friendly, professional manner for all to understand! It was a lot of information and the How To sheets are a life saver! It would have been nice to have everything organized for us in a binder of sorts. Great job Rachel and Renee!!
Mrs. Rachel and Renee both were beyond superb! I loved the knowledge they shared. As a new agent, understanding the job, software and basics could be overwhelming, however it was in no way that for me, thanks to these two women. They answered questions I had, gave direction on where to go/what to do in certain situations, and did not leave me lost. Rachel made teaching fun, which resulted in the learning being enjoyable.
10/10 would love to take the class again down the road as a refresher!
