Cate is amazing at what she does and was great to work with. She was quick to respond, always knowledgeable and remained calm even as my emotions were all over the place. She listened to what I thought I wanted but also recognized what I was drawn to and would quickly point out what a house did or didn't have based on what I said or my actions along the way. She seems to genuinely enjoy the process and is someone you can trust will have your best interest in all things.

There were a lot of obstacles we had to overcome in the buying process, but Cate was there to advocate for us and come up with many solutions every step of the way.
