Stan did a great job for us. We were looking all over the St Louis Metro area and took use to many areas, never complaining that we were in multiple directions from Wentzville to Arnold and we decided on a place in Chesterfield. Pointed out several things we should be aware of we did not notice. We felt he was a partner not just to make a commission. All of this was very important because we were out-of-town buyers.

Stan was wonderful to work with! I have him such specifics on what kind of house I was looking for and what area and he helped us find the perfect house that I thought may not exist! We bought our house during quarantine and Stan was great at walking us through the extra steps and making sure everything came together the way it should! It all went perfectly and now I am in the perfect house!
