Tom helped my elderly mother sell her condo. She had to move in with me, her daughter, due to health issues. My mom is 90 years old and does not travel well. He went out of his way to come to my house to get documents signed and explain the process to her. He did a wonderful job. The sell went smoothly and I definitely recommend him.

Tom was great right from the start! We were excited to look at a house and was referred to Tom and the Kruse Team through a family member. When Tom shows you a house, he is using his vast construction/building knowledge to inspect the house as we all go from room to room. Tom was always very prepared and if we asked for some additional information, he always came through. I would suggest reading through the emails that Tom sends also. There are two kinds, one being listings that fit your search criteria, and the second being informational articles about the process of home buying. These emails allowed me to have the proper questions so that I could be prepared to battle at the bank to get the best loan.

Tom had suggestions for everything we needed throughout the entire process, from places for the loan, inspectors, kitchen remodelers, and many others.

In summary, Tom made this complicated process much easier and saved us time by showing us houses that fit our needs and made sure those houses were in good, sound condition to protect us down the road.

I would like to Thank Tom & Merri Kruse at Berkshire Hathaway Realty for assisting me in the sale of my home at 104 Hilltop Ct Foley Mo. They were on top of it from day 1. They were very helpful in knowing were to set the price & in explaining everything in good detail on everything that i needed to know when it come to getting it listed & on the market, they took a lot of nice photos of the home & even scheduled a drone photo shoot to be done from the outside of the property & all throughout the inside as well, they were good about letting us know ahead of time on the scheduled showings so we had time to get our kids ready & out of the house & figure out where we were going to go & what we were going to do for the day while that was going on. I would like to give them both a big thumbs up for assisting us in getting our house sold it a timely fashion.
