Rob is an amazing realtor and an even better person. We worked with him in both selling our home and buying a new one. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He offered good advice, but was never pushy. When a showing became available, he was flexible and prompt in scheduling us to see it. Rob turned out to be the best we could have asked for. He didn’t really have a chance on finding something that suited our tastes. Somehow he pulled it off. We also needed a double close to avoid moving twice, This was all taking place during the housing bubble. Rob came through again. We asked a lot of questions, I mean a lot. Rob answered each question, if he didn’t know the answer he found the answer. He educated us along the way without hesitation. We exchanged many emails and texts. I feel like I should text him right now because it was so commonplace. Rob did his best to understand our needs and ultimately steered and guided us along the way to success. I’ll tell you what Rob isn’t, he is not an in your face kinda guy. He gives plenty of room to breathe while supplying worthwhile information allowing us to make a very large decision.

Buying a home in a very soft market was a very hard thing to do, but with Rob’s expert assistance and perseverance, we managed to find a house. Ever the professional, Rob was able to get us showings in homes that weren’t even on the market yet. He always came prepared with all the pertinent details on the homes we were showed, which helped us to make informed decisions.
After we placed an offer on the home of our choice, Rob walked us through all the steps to insure that everything ran smoothly. This was a long distance move for us, so knowing Rob would make sure we were always on top of what needed to be done was a huge help. We would not hesitate to recommend Rob to our friends and family. He made a hard decision a lot easier than it might have been.

We have known Rob for many years. He was our realtor for the sale of our first house and we are using him again to sell our current home. He also helped us find the property for the building of both houses. My brother used him for the sale of his houses. Rob did an amazing job for us when to help us sell my dad’s old home. Since it was an old house there were still a lot of things that needed to be cleared out one day before the close. When it came down to the last minute to satisfy the buyers demanding purchase requirements prior to the close, Rob personally helped clear out many items from the house and garage. I cannot thank him enough for what he did to get the sale of the house complete in a timely manner. We could not have done what was required without his help. In addition, Rob did a great job of coordinating all the paperwork for the four of us associated with selling the house. Even though two of the sellers were out of state, Rob made sure that all the paperwork was submitted and signed in a timely and efficient manner which eliminated any delays in closing on the house. I have known Rob for over 35 years. Not only has Rob been a great friend but he is a true professional in his profession and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in getting a great price for their home and to sell their property quickly and without any complications.

We looked at tons of houses and Rob was so patient and knowledgeable. He was always able to point out designs in houses that we hadn’t seen or thought about, whether it good or bad. He also helped us with realistic expectations In the buying and selling process. Rob helped us buy our first house, then buy our new house and sell the first one.
