Being a realtor for two parties who are in agreement to sell a house is challenging. But, being a realtor for two parties who are getting a divorce and agree on very little, is grueling.

As that was my situation, I was extremely impressed at the tact, finesse, professionalism, calmness, and tenacity showed by Mr. Leon during the entire process.

When unexpected issues arose, he always came up with a Plan B or C. Several times he went above and beyond to fix the problem.

Some people have high moral ethics, some people have high work/business ethics, but not everyone has both.

Mr. Leon has both high moral ethics and high work/business ethics, which were executed in such a way as to assure me of his dedication and gain my complete trust.

I am incredibly thankful that Mr. Leon was the one involved in this situation !!!

Ruben went above and beyond in helping us purchase our first home. He worked with the builder and made sure we got everything we wanted and even thought of a few details to make our home perfect that we had not. I never felt lost or overwhelmed as many people do when building a new home. Thanks to Rubens extra efforts our home was completed on time, exactly the way we wanted, and we were able to be moved in before our child was born. We are so grateful Ruben was our realtor and can not thank him enough for all the help he provided.

Selling the home that I shared with my husband prior to his death was very difficult. I listed the home with Ruben Leon as my agent. I cried as I filled out the paperwork. Ruben was genuinely caring with his assistance. From listing my home, to tours of my home, I had multiple great offers to choose from in only a few days.
Ruben put in extra time answering my questions and making it an easy process for me to sell. I would recommend Ruben to everyone I know, but especially to the individuals who need to sell but are apprehensive about the process. Ruben is the man with the answers. He's been selling homes for many years and this is apparent in the ease of the customer/agent relationship throughout the process.

Ruben has the patience of Job! Through no fault of his, my real estate needs were very complicated and took months to unravel. But, Ruben was there with me through it all, even when he was recovering from surgery!! I highly recommend Ruben. During the process of listing and selling our home, Ruben was a huge help in letting us know what we needed to do to prepare for the listing and sale. He helped us every step of the way, and brought ease to our stress during the process. And when it came time for the house hitting the market, he was very reassuring in that our home will sell and he would do all that he can to make sure it will. Within 2 days it did! He was very helpful in keeping track of all documents, making sure we did our part of the process to close the house, and that we had a smooth sale. Ruben was very courteous, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our sell went well. I highly recommend him for any transaction!

Ruben was recommended to me by another agent I had some land in Valle Mines that my family had owned since the early 1950's and I wanted to sell it. I had no idea what the value was and how to go about this. Ruben made the entire process easy and stress free! He walked the entire property to get a good idea of what he was dealing with. He did a search on other properties in the area and averaged what those properties sold for so we had a good idea of what to list the land for. And he found a buyer in what I thought was record time!
Most of our dealings were over the phone or via e-mail and I felt from the beginning that Ruben had my best interest in mind and cared about doing the best he could for me. So to say I felt I was in good hands is an understatement! And when we finally met at the closing - I felt like I was meeting an old friend! It was a truly wonderful experience - and Ruben is EXCELLENT! I would recommend him to anyone wholeheartedly!

When it became necessary for me to sell property that my family had owned for 20+ years, I was a bit anxious. 2020 has been a difficult year for so many people that I found it hard to imagine we would regain what we had invested in this property. I knew there was a possibility that we would need to sell it very low or list it very long. The choice was made to sell and we contacted Ruben Leon. The first time I met him personally was at the property. We found Ruben to be very professional yet personable. He was very positive that our outcome would be a good one. After doing the necessary paperwork, Ruben put a sign up on Friday. By Monday afternoon, we had four reasonable to very good offers. We accepted the best offer for us the same week. Not only did we have a quick sale, but we had a very good sale experience from beginning to end. I would never go anywhere else for representation on selling a property, nor would I recommend anyone else to my family and friends.
