Larry was always prompt on answering any calls/texts/e-mails.
Larry found the best properties that matched what we were looking for immediately-- showed us 4 in one evening to jump start the finding process!
Larry communicated effectively about everything was going on-- let us know what our next steps would be throughout the whole buying process.
Larry made sure everything on our contract, repairs requested after the inspection, closing costs, etc. were stated correctly on all contracts.
We really didn't have any issues until after took possession of the house. Larry was able to get with the family to make sure we had the right keys/garage remotes, etc. After we locked ourselves out the 1st night, he found a cheap, nice locksmith to help us out!
Larry is very knowledgeable and helpful! He knew who to go to for financing, title work, and etc to make our buying experience the best possible!
