Christina has been outstanding in helping us sell our property. As my husband says he could write a book on all her qualities and the time she has spent on our sale. Just to list a few and for starters she stuck with us. We had some obstacles with adjoining state land and she "dug" right in to get to the root of the situation and come to a resolution. Christina also kept us informed every step of the way. She worked very hard in getting us the price we wanted for our property and made it an easy transition even with the Covid pandemic. Christina not only worked non stop to help me find a house that was right for me but that would pass USDA inspections NO EASY TASK!!!!!! [ showing houses at night ,on Sunday early morning[ before birds were up ]any time I wanted, everything was to make it easier for me not herself. add to that I called ,texted, emailed ,constantly with what I realize now were some of the stupidest questions ever uttered yet she answered them all patiently and kindly .the woman has the patience of a saint .I would say if want someone to help you SHE WILL NEVER DISAPPOINT!!!!!!!!

After, she went above and beyond and purchased a closing gift ( ring doorbell), and wrapped the front door in ribbon with a welcome home sign.
