I went to Ken to sell a house. Ken was honest and helpful identifying what needed to be done to have the property ready for sale.

The house also had some special title issues that needed addressed. Ken was essential in guiding me through that process.

When we were ready for sale, Ken moved with all deliberate speed and we were headed for closing in no time. Ken was very helpful in helping the buyer get the kind of help they needed.

Ken Levy did a great job of selling the Missouri Rhineland Kennel Club property. He was on top of the ball from start to finish. He showed us what other property in the area sold for. From this he helped us arrive at a reasonable price to ask for the property. He sold the property in a short time. With Ken doing all the work of selling the property in a professional way, from start to finish , selling the property was easy.
