Paul Pier is the Broker of the Washington office. We have a newly remodeled office thanks to Paul which is always clean and neat. Paul provides monthly business meetings with lunch. At these meetings Paul will cover all new procedures that have taken place, provide training on documents, go over all new listings and sales in our office, and any other item we need to help us become better agents. Paul has been in the real estate business for many years and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the business. Paul, the staff and the other agents in the office explained in detail the benefits agents receive (there are too many to mention here) for a small annual fee. They made me feel comfortable and welcome, not pressured, so that I was able to ask all of the questions I had and even pointed out some things I didn't know to ask. Consistently, no matter who I spoke to, the helpfulness and genuineness was there, even up to the corporate level.

Paul is the manager at the Washington BHHS ALLIANCE Office, and does a great job with handling his responsibilities! The office is a friendly place to work and offers many work related advantages for the agents!
