Pete's a five star leader. From always answering our questions, to solving problems, to teaching, and even to remembering everyone's birthdays with really delicious cakes! He truly wants everyone to do their best and constantly looks for ways to motivate, encourage, and reward. He set up a training program based on the agents level of experience, which has greatly improved everyone's performances across the office.
Pete leads by example by being the first person in, last person there, always taking our calls, closing deals, working every lead, looking for new ways to generate leads, encouraging an open/trusting/fun work environment, and being nice to the Office Assistants.
