Karen Wagner is a very experienced professional. She was realistic in her suggested pricing of the owner's real estate. She was also amenable to the property owner's initial suggestion for pricing and supported a price reduction when the market did not agree with the initial asking price.
Ms. Wagner made herself available for a number of showings. She is an excellent communicator. In our case, there were three parties with whom she had to communicate. She was consistently pleasant to work with, as were members of her support staff.
