When we decided to sell our home and downsize we called Marita To help us through the process. She not only helped us with advice on how to proceed, she also was instrumental in finding professionals to help us update our home to get it ready to put on the market. Because of her expertise we had multiple offers and the house was sold on the first day it was listed. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience.

When we decided to downsize we called Marita to help us find a home and community that would be the perfect fit. It can be a very emotional process but Marita made it easy for us. She found us the perfect home even quicker than we expected. She then continued to support us through the whole process to closing. It has been a good experience and we are quite happy in our new home.

We engaged Marita to sell our home in North Hills this year (2018). We had the house on the market with another Realtor but were not having much luck - it was a lovely house but a little unusual so not easy to shift! Marita was a breath of fresh air - she was 'on it' from the get go, providing great advice on how to better market and present the property. We had already moved out (and abroad to the UK) so Marita was around on a regular basis, troubleshooting any issues and organising contractors to get remedial work done like touching up paintwork etc. Even with a time zone difference Marita was super responsive, and most importantly of all found us a buyer in super quick time. She then guided us through the whole selling process, and as a result it went very smoothly. She is very practical, gives great advice and tells it how it is. We have no hesitation in recommending her.

I have know Marita for 15 years. We worked together on numerous projects, both locally and internationally. Twice we spent time in South Africa caring for both homeless people and at kids at an orphanage. For a number of years she served on the session at our church. I've known Marita for more than a decade in several capacities. We first met at church and I was so impressed by her heart and genuine concern for people. She was the force behind our church joining in support of two mission projects, helping an orphanage and a weekly feeding program in S. Africa. After years of sending money and equipment, she organized and led many on-site trips with groups from our church and other groups. Several years later Marita and I actually worked together at a nonprofit for people with disabilities. She served as the Strategic Initiatives Executive. Marita was able to lead our staff with her typical heart and focus on carrying out our tasks while also building a team spirit. She didn't just delegate, she lead by example. I would highly recommend Marita.

Marita and I have been friends for 13 years. She has become my go-to person when I need fresh eyes on any kind of challenge, from finding a better place for the staircase in the house we are planning, to which plants to plant to attract hummingbirds to our feeder.
