Julie grew up in Belleville, Illinois, just across the river from St. Louis. Julie's father's careers in the Insurance/Financial industry, where she gained a wealth of knowledge from him, learning the art of negotiating and making sure you're getting the "most bang for your buck". She attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she earned her degree in elementary education. She then moved to Cincinnati, Ohio where she met her husband Carl, and taught school for six years before starting their family. Julie was active in the Junior League in Cincinnati and also volunteered at the Art Museum. They then moved to Jacksonville, Florida for several years before returning to the St. Louis area in 2008.
Julie is very involved with Ladue Schools, where her two boys attend, one at Ladue Middle School, and the other at Ladue Horton Watkins High School. Julie and Carl also have two daughters, their oldest graduated from TCU and is currently working in Interior Design in Dallas, and their second daughter graduated from University of Kentucky and she also works in Dallas for Goldman Sachs. Julie is an active member and volunteer at Immacolata Church. She is an accomplished piano player and has been teaching piano to both children and adults for many years. Julie is an avid reader, loves to play tennis and work out, and enjoys time with her family at Rosemary Beach, Florida whenever they can get away.Julie knows no stranger! She has a very contagious laugh, and is an incredibly warm and loyal friend. She is very patient and brings a calm to the process of purchasing or selling a home. She has excellent communication skills and is very detail oriented.
