OUTSTANDING. No other word better describes our experience with Benje and the Blum Group. He was always available when we needed guidance and was punctual in relaying pertinent information to us. He was very good in guiding us without being annoying by constantly pestering us. His confidence level was as such he didn't come across as cocky or arrogant. Yes, we will use him in the future and highly recomend him. Besides, he turned out to be a really nice guy.

My initial contact with Gladys was via the Dave Ramsey show. Gladys was listed as a preferred provider. I made contact via computer and before I could log off , I received a call. We were trying to sell my inlaws house and had received less than satisfactory results from another firm. . We listed the house with Ms Blum and it sold in a very short time. We have completed several transactions with The Blum team. Honest, fair and professional are words to describe Ms Blum and her team. An added plus, Gladys is a very nice person!

We are happy with all the work they did helping us find are home here in Lebanon Oregon. We came up in February to look at what might be available in are Price range. Not thinking we would find what we were looking for my wife Tina came up by her self the first week in February just to look and see if she like the weather looked at houses that were available there were several different areas she was interested in looking at they took her to all saving the best for last when she saw it she called me and said this is it. They help her and I through the process it took three months and two weeks but was well worth the wait. Was are bank and the house we had selling faster than we expected but everything worked out perfectly . Thanks to all of you . John Martinez had the keys waited for us to arrive after everything closed was a wonderful day !

We were first time home buyers. We were moving from out of state. Benje from BLUM Realty was so great to work with us. He responded very quickly to all of our many many questions. He has worked in the industry for many years and along with being so friendly and personable he really understood what when and how things needed to be done to get us in a home as quickly as possible. Even after the purchase of the home was complete he continued to help us with any of our questions. And the cherry on top was when we got into our new home for the first time there was a beautiful house warming gift waiting. The Blum team went above and beyond our expectations. Their recommendation can Not come HIGHLY enough!

Buying a house can be a harrowing experience these days. You search and search and finally find something you like. Only to have to navigate a bunch of offers and counter offers. Whether you're up-sizing to start a family or downsizing as empty nesters, The Blum Team can make a harrowing experience wonderful. Our agent worked like a journalist to understand our needs, and then he found us places that matched our descriptions. It was impressive, really. In the mix, he was able to walk us carefully through financing issues, give us suggestions about potential remodeling ideas, and in the end, when we decided on a new construction house, he helped us connect with the builder, which made the experience that much better. I would highly recommend The Blum Team to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Steven Blum... A year ago that name was familiar with signs I would see on the side of the road. Fast forward to today and I would tell you that he is the best real estate professional I have ever worked with. He spent countless hours taking my wife and I (who happen to be very particular) to an endless number of homes. Each time it wasn't right, he would simply smile and assure me we would find the right one. Throughout our journey I got to know him very well, and he is a genuine guy who really wants to help you make the right decision for you. I recall one specific situation when we found a house that we really wanted, and he went above and beyond to make it work. That kind of passion and follow-through are not found very often these days.
