When we decided to put our townhouse on the market we weren't sure exactly what to expect with the market. Ben came in and did a complete evaluation and made recommendations on adjustments before showing, pricing strategies, and best practices. Not only did he help us to prepare for listing the property, he also provided a photographer and photographs that made us think twice about putting our townhouse on the market. There were a couple of times we looked at the photos and said "Maybe we should just stay here".

Once our property listed Ben was very efficient and attentive. We began receiving requests immediately to see the property, and in less than 48 offer hours had six offers in hand, and ended up selling considerably over the original asking. Ben walked us through all of the offers, made recommendations when asked, gave explanation when needed, but ultimately allowed us the freedom to make our own decision. We later found out that Ben was able to get us the highest price per square foot that anyone had seen in our townhome complex.

Next came the tricky part, we were closing in 30 days and needed to begin searching and seeing properties that were for sale that met all of our many requirements. We didn't make it easy on Ben, we knew what we wanted, and as quickly as things were moving in the market and our offer being contingent upon the sale of our townhouse, he had his work cut out for him. The real estate portal that he provided us access to was extremely beneficial and up-to-date. We are able to search for properties, and as soon as we contacted Ben with interest he had appointments at us for us to view them. Understandably there were a few times that we needed to be cleaned and property and Ben could not be available due to prior commitments with other clients. Instead of simply try to reschedule, he respected our time and had an associate show us the property. This is greatly appreciated. We also found that Not only is Ben an exceptional real estate agent , but his entire team, especially Cody, were just as professional and helpful.

Once we found a house that we wanted to call our home been worked diligently day and night to ensure that things went as well as possible for us. We struggled slightly with response from the other side, but Ben's persistence paid off. We were able to get into our home in the time that we needed, had the exact closing date that we requested, and everything was done according to our terms and conditions.

This is a very fast paced process, with selling and buying and two closings happening within 30 days. I truly don't believe we could have gone through this process without Ben and his experience, knowledge, and work ethic. I can't say enough how much we appreciate Ben and all that he did for us. We are thrilled with the home that he helped us get into, but if the time ever comes that we need to make a change he will be our first call.
