Rachel was great, from start to finish, nothing but a positive review. Scheduling viewing of houses was easy and efficiently done. Rachel was cognizant of what to consider, i.e. age of roof, furnace, water heater, etc , condition of electrical and plumbing. I felt totally comfortable that she had my best interests first

Rachel was fantastic from start to finish. She was very thoughtful and strategic while helping us to write our offer and handle the negotiations. Rachel accompanied us on a long and sometimes discouraging search for a house. She was extremely accessible and easy to communicate with. Rachel went above and beyond with helping me purchase my first ever home. She was always one step ahead of deadlines and made sure everything happened as smoothly as possible. Our friends recommended Rachel to us, and we are so grateful! She helped us purchase a new home and sell our old home. Rachel gave such good advice about all the houses that we toured, including pointing out potentially expensive repairs. When we finally found our dream home, she helped us negotiate a great deal. Rachel also helped us get our prior home ready to sell, including referring great people to do repairs and cleaning. Our house went under contract less than a week after listing and closed very quickly. Rachel is knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and a lot of fun to tour houses with! We will recommend her to everyone we know.

Buying a house right now is tough, but the thing that made it better was working with Ellen. As first time home buyers we needed a little bit of hand holding and gentle guidance when really getting down to the question of "what do we want?". Her experience and knowledge of Saint Louis real estate is very apparent. Ellen never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions or bothering her. She always made herself available and was very dedicated in getting us into showings quickly. We were out of state when searching as well, which was a whole other challenge with many, many video calls. Even after offers didn't work out, Ellen remained positive and determined- and it paid off. We are thrilled about our beautiful home in our dream neighborhood. Each step of the process from the beginning search to closing on our house, Ellen always laid out what needed to be done clearly. And it wasn't goodbye on closing day. From follow up questions to recommendations for projects we want to start, Ellen has a wide network from her years of experience and helped us get in contact with amazing people. Thank you Ellen! We hope to not do this again for a very long time, but if we do- we'll be calling you.
