Mr. William Springer, who I came to call, Will, did an awesome job helping me to sell my property. I was totally exhausted from the emails, text, calls and letters from potential buyers...the buyers that will "offer cash with no hassle". Well, let me just say... it was a hassle, until I spoke with Will. He assured me that he could help. I accepted and away he went, leaving little for me to do, as he did as, I requested and listed my property in "AS IS" condition. The sell went very fast. We initially spoke in early May and my property was sold, for way more than all the no hassle offers, and it sold before the end of June! Now that's service! Not only was he professional, but more importantly to me, he was kind, compassionate and understanding, to my needs. That speaks volumes to his personal character, and work ethic.
