Erik is a lifelong St. Louis resident with a strong passion for residential architecture. He earned his BSBA in Business Management while playing soccer at Rockhurst University. After graduating, Erik joined Central Pattern Company as a sales engineer, where he managed operations like CMM (Computerized Measuring Machine), ISO 9000 programs, OSHA compliance, and purchasing. Despite his successful career, his love for architecture often led him to attend open houses just for fun. It wasn't until a family conversation sparked the idea of turning his passion into a profession that he decided to explore real estate.
Erik began by taking night classes, and after passing the real estate exam, his dream became a reality. He left his previous job to pursue real estate full-time and has never looked back. In his first year, Erik achieved notable success, earning a Rising Star Award and joining the esteemed Breihan/Malecek team. Today, he's a valued member of the Breihan Malecek Petersen & James team, known for supporting their loyal clients year after year. Erik is committed to staying ahead of market trends, maintaining a relentless work ethic, and delivering a worry-free experience through clear communication and dedicated advocacy for his clients.
Erik lives in Creve Coeur with his wife, Jackey, and their son, Sterling. He remains active in the community, including serving on the Rockhurst University Leaders Council of St. Louis. In his free time, Erik enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, collecting and enjoying wine, and working in his yard.
