Gary is very thorough and does an excellent job pointing out current building code requirements vs. building code at the time the home/condominium was built. Gary promptly prepares the Property Inspection Reports and forwards to the buyer on the same day. He is very easy to reach on both cell phone and email. If you go under contract after business hours; then you can email him all of the details of the transaction. I feel confident he checks his home email several times a day over the weekend.
