We just closed on our house and this sell was fast and stress free. We contacted Christy to handle our property. She took care of every aspect of this process. All I had to do was tell her I wanted to sell and I sat back while she handled everything. Christy very professional and she had my home sold in a short time frame. When we first called Christy, we were living in a fantasy. We were NOT on the market for a new home & we surely did NOT have any ducks in a row. The home we were inquiring about was getting a lot of attention and we would have to act fast. She was the selling agent and since we did not have an agent of our own, we chose to just "go with her!" That was the BEST thing we could have decided on. Christy made the entire process so easy and smooth. I'm sure she was tired of me asking "when is something going to go wrong?" but you always hear of horror stories so I kept waiting. NEVER HAPPENED!! She made everything simple, understanding, & was always willing to listen and help. I called her all hours of the day, included very late at night, and she was ALWAYS there!! I bragged to so many people about her professionalism & herself as a person. She was great in every aspect & if I ever buy/sell again in the future she will be the agent for us!!

Christy was a God send to us. She goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. Any questions or concerns we had, she responded quickly to! She made everything so smooth and easy. She wanted to see us happy and did a great job doing that!! You can always tell when someone not only loves their job but loves making other peoples dreams come true and that is Christy!! We had our home listed FSBO and Christy contacted us to co-op. While we had not intended on using an agent, we decided to use Christy in the sale. Christy was on top of all aspects of the process and we appreciated the value she added! We would definitely use her again in the buying or selling of a home in the Hernando area.

I would highly recommend Christy McDowell as an excellent choice for a Real Estate agent. She served as my Real Estate agent's assistant during the listing and sale of my home in Hernando, Mississippi. The neighborhood where my home was located was a difficult area due to home foreclosures and short sales but Christy helped me navigate through this with her expert advice and helpful marketing suggestions. My home was a little dated and she helped me focus on inexpensive home improvements that would appeal to current market potential buyers. She also has excellent communication skills that kept me informed of market changes and home trends. She was always very quick to respond to my questions and I felt like she represented my interests well. On another property that I am selling she went above and beyond to locate a seller and market my property to negotiate a deal. My impression is that she is a proactive and a well motivated Real Estate Agent that truly wants to help both buyers and sellers that are entering the market. Christy did a fantastic job for us in helping to sell our house and property. She personally walked the property to get the best pictures to represent everything being offered. Christy is willing to jump in and help wherever needed. While we were on vacation just prior to closing, Christie made sure all of the details were taken care of; including taking a picture of the propane tank gauge so we could get credit! I would definitely recommend Christy for any of your real estate needs!

Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Christy. My dad had moved to a senior living facility and I was responsible for selling his house. I live two hours away and needed someone who I could depend on to give me good advice and keep me up to date on what was going on with the property. Christy did just that. The house sold quickly and I was pleased with the results. I would certainly recommend her to others.
