One year ago this month I purchased my 7th home, but first through the VA. I was referred to Cindy Beard by a mutual friend. After explaining what I wanted and my budget, we started the search and I am pleased to say that not once in my search was I ever pressured to spend more than what my budget was or pushed to find a home somewhere else. This was a first.
After finding the home I liked we had to deal with an absentee owner, who really did not appear to be too motivated to sell. This resulted in countless back and forth offers, counter offers, and e-mails all of which was handled by Cindy. After settling on a price, we then had to contend with the bureaucracy of obtaining a VA loan. Once again Cindy assisted me in handling much of what had to be prepared up to and including working with the VA loan agency on my behalf. she found inspectors, provided utility information, and a lot of advice during the entire process. This process had all the making of a nightmare right up until closing day, when it almost fell through, but once again she was able to repair the deal and we closed on time!
Of all the real estate agents I have dealt with in my life, I would rate Cindy as the best, and strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home and work with a caring person that is knowledgeable and understands the entire process.
