Julie Rainwater was an awesome realtor to work with and made the buying process fun and easy.
Hello my name is Travis and I met Julie through my insurance company after not having any luck with my first 2 realtor. But then Julie came a long after meeting with my insurance company at 4:30 on Monday, Tuesday at 8:30 Julie called to talk and get the house buying process started. We looked at 10 house and 6 of them I put offers on and they were all declined unfortunately. But Julie just kept telling me "don't give up and I will show you as many house as you want and wait for the right house I would love and see my future family in". "Christmas was the holiday to pick in the living room and we sat there designing the Christmas layout which made things a lot easier. But about 4 weeks ago Julie met me at 8pm (at the house I am one day of closing on) she showed it to me we stayed for an hour which I thought was awesome that she would show me a house so late. But unfortunately my loan officer fell through right after my offer was accepted and I thought I was done but Julie did it again and had a back up plan in mins. She told me to call Debbie which is someone that she works with and in 1 week we were all doing are thing and putting together the document to close. Now 3 weeks later I'm a day away from closing on my first home and still had liquid cash to be able to buy my new furniture set. And still have money still to be able to buy new a washer, dryer, refrigerator. Julie was just a awesome realtor and everyone In my family and all my friends know all this as well. One of my best friend asked me for her number so Julie could help him find a house because he saw how happy I was with her!!
