We have known Monique since my son and daughter attended Northwest Rankin High School together back in the late's 90's and early 00's. We chose Monique, however, after carefully interviewing several Realtors, because we wanted a Realtor who could help us both sell our house and find another one to move in (back to back). We were undecided on many things when we first started our house search. We looked in multiple zip codes, looked at new construction, lots, met with builders, existing properties, and at one point, even thought about adding on! Monique was beyond patient while we figured out what our family (and budget) needed in our new home. She was supportive of us for over a year, and I am happy to say that now we have a new home we love! Monique was beside us through it all, with expert advice, attentiveness and great knowledge of the market. Would definitely recommend her!
